How it works

The operating principle.

EvaraRain measures precipitation in real time with a precision tipping-bucket gauge, transmits wirelessly, and feeds hyperlocal rainfall data into forecasting, flood early-warning and harvesting analytics in EvaraOne.

Rain fills one side of a pivoting bucket until it tips. Each tip is one fixed volume, so counting them gives both total depth and intensity over time.
