The problem

Why this exists.

Water distribution is managed by manually opening and closing valves across sites. It is slow, labour-intensive and error-prone. Operators cannot react quickly to demand, leaks or scheduling needs, and there is no record of who changed what.

How it works

The operating principle.

EvaraValve is a motorised valve actuator with metering built in. Rather than simply opening and closing, it measures consumption, automates supply on rules, detects abnormal usage, and reports to EvaraOne, enabling fair, transparent, automated billing.

Flow is metered as it passes, and each zone can be opened, throttled or closed on a schedule without anyone travelling to the site.

About EvaraValve.

What sizes does EvaraValve come in?
DN15 (half inch) to DN50 (2 inch), BSP or NPT threaded, in stainless steel 304 or brass with a PTFE seal, rated to PN16.
What happens if power or network fails?
A manual override lets the valve be operated locally, and it draws under 3 W on standby and under 10 W while moving.
How fast does it operate?
Fully open or closed in 5 to 8 seconds, in any mounting orientation.
